Refund policy

Refunds or discounts will be made on flawed orders due to my error.

There is a 7 day return policy on items in original condition with tags still attached. If tags are removed there will be a 20% restocking fee applied. 

Exchanges can be made on items 7 days post-delivery in original condition. Customer provides return shipping. Any difference in price will be paid before exchange is finalized. 

I do not accept returns on products used for on the head i.e. Pretend Play Crowns, Hair bows etc. or Washable Coloring Mats

In case of lost or stolen mail:

Black Fox Clothing Co is not liable for mail once it has left our office.

Please reach out to your local post office first to start a missing mail claim. They will be able to tell you exactly where your package was dropped off via GPS tracking. Once the claim is made, if it is marked delivered to your residence, then a police report will need to be filed with your local Police Department for stolen mail. After a police report has been filed, please contact me at info.blackfoxclothing@gmail.com so we can start the claim process and refund or replace the missing item\items. If your package was delivered to the wrong address please reach out with the information from the post office so we can start a claim through them for a refund. Once the refund has gone through we will start the replacement process of your merchandise.
